Dumpster Rental Agreement

Please review the following terms before reserving or accepting delivery of a dumpster. By submitting a reservation, accepting delivery, or signing this agreement, the customer agrees to these terms.

Rental Terms & payment

Rental Terms

  • Standard rental includes up to 7 consecutive days.

  • Additional rental days may be available for an additional charge.

  • Please contact us before your rental expires if you need additional time.

Payment

  • Payment is due before or at the time of delivery, unless prior arrangements have been approved by 903 Site Solutions.

  • Any additional charges (overweight fees, prohibited items, extended rental, failed pickup, etc.) will be invoiced after pickup and are due upon receipt.

Weight allowance

  • Each dumpster rental includes up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs.) of disposal.

  • Disposal exceeding the included weight will be charged at $75 per additional ton.

  • Overweight charges are based on the landfill’s certified scale ticket.

Prohibited Materials

The following items are NOT permitted:

  • Paints, stains, solvents, and chemicals

  • Tires

  • Batteries

  • Propane tanks

  • Refrigerators or appliances containing Freon

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Hazardous waste

  • Medical waste

  • Liquid waste

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

If prohibited items are found, the customer is responsible for any additional disposal fees or fines.

Delivery & Placement

  • The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for dumpster delivery and pickup.

  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required by their city, county, HOA, or other governing authority.

  • 903 Site Solutions is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or septic systems resulting from the delivery, placement, or removal of the dumpster.

  • Customers should notify us before delivery of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other potential hazards.

Loading Guidelines

  • Materials may not extend above the top rails of the dumpster.

  • Loads must be evenly distributed to allow for safe transportation.

  • The dumpster may not be overloaded beyond its rated capacity.

  • If a load is unsafe to transport, the customer will be required to remove excess material before pickup.

Customer Responsibility

  • Once the dumpster has been delivered, the customer is responsible for all materials placed in the dumpster until it is picked up.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring prohibited items are not placed in the dumpster by contractors, neighbors, or other individuals.

  • The customer agrees to pay any additional disposal fees resulting from prohibited materials or overweight loads.

Pickup & Access

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the dumpster is accessible on the scheduled pickup date.

  • Vehicles, gates, debris, or other obstacles must be removed before pickup.

  • If our driver is unable to safely access the dumpster, a return trip fee may apply.

Weather & Delays

  • Delivery or pickup may be delayed due to severe weather, flooding, unsafe road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a delay occurs, 903 Site Solutions will reschedule service as soon as it is safe to do so.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Once a dumpster has been delivered, rental charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

903 Site Solutions shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the dumpster. The customer assumes responsibility for the safe use of the dumpster during the rental period.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Customer Agreement

By reserving a dumpster, accepting delivery, signing this agreement, or submitting an online reservation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Dumpster Rental Agreement.
