Simple, honest rental policies with no surprises.

We believe in clear communication and straightforward pricing. Please review the information below before reserving your dumpster.

Section 1: Standard Rental

What’s Included

  • One 13-yard dumpster

  • Delivery and pickup

  • Up to 7 days of rental

  • Up to 2 tons of disposal weight

  • Service within our standard delivery area

Important: Up to 2 tons of disposal weight is included with one full dumpster. If the dumpster becomes full before reaching 2 tons, any unused weight does not carry over to another dumpster or haul. Dumpster swap-outs are available for an additional fee.

section 3: Delivery & pickup

Delivery & Pickup

  • Someone does not need to be present for delivery or pickup, provided placement instructions are given in advance.

  • Please ensure the delivery location is clear and accessible.

  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA or municipal approvals before delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible delivery locations or missing approvals.

section 5: rental period

Rental period:

  • Your rental includes up to 7 days.

  • Need more time? Additional rental days are $20 per day.

  • Please contact us before your scheduled pickup if you need to extend your rental.

Section 2: Weight & Loading Limits

For safety and legal transportation requirements:

  • The maximum loaded weight of any dumpster is 4 tons.

  • Debris must not extend above top rails of the dumpster.

  • Materials should be loaded evenly throughout the container.

  • Overloaded or unsafe dumpsters may require material to be removed before pickup.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is loaded safely and legally.

section 4: access requirements (ACCESSIBLE PICKUP)

To avoid additional trip charges:

  • Keep the dumpster accessible on your scheduled pickup day.

  • Do not block the dumpster with vehicles, trailers, equipment, or other materials.

  • If we cannot safely access the dumpster, a return trip fee may apply.

section 6: swap-out service

Need another dumpster before your project is finished?

  • We can remove your full dumpster and replace it with an empty one.

  • Swap-outs are available for an additional fee.

  • Scheduling is subject to availability.

  • Each swap-out is considered a separate rental.
